Deuteronomy 19:19-21

¹⁹ then you must do to him as he conspired to have done to his brother. In this way you must remove the evil from among you. ²⁰ Those who remain will hear and fear, and will never again commit any such evil among you. ²¹ You must not show pity. But life will be for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
